Bob has been in the business of Design/Build and Real Estate Development since 1981, and has built over 150 projects throughout Northern and Southern California. Since 1999 Bob has been C.E.O. of Healthy Buildings USA, the company he founded. Throughout his 25+ years in the industry, Bob has successfully directed staffs of architects, engineers, interior designers and construction personnel. In addition to executive management of the company, Bob frequently makes public presentations about the company, and its projects, in an effort to expand sustainable and healthy building practices and to encourage and promote green public policy throughout the Napa Valley, and all of California. |

Lisa joined Healthy Buildings Construction Group in 2012. She has been involved in the planning and management of several pipeline projects. Having spent 6 years as an Executive with the Napa Chamber of Commerce, she has developed a strong background in organizational management, finance, human resources, marketing and project management. Lisa is committed to the local community and global well being. She is deeply involved with the US Green Building Council, Redwood Empire Chapter and USGBC California Advocacy efforts. She strives for healthy building and business practices and promotes green public policy locally and statewide. |

Sara Rosenthal has spent the last ten years working in the green building and real estate development space. Her primary work at Healthy Buildings is in project management and development analysis. She conducts financial and business practice analysis for development projects and is instrumental in all planning phases. Sara has led the LEED consulting efforts for several projects including a 31-unit student dormitory project (certified as LEED-NC Gold), a five-building retail project (seeking LEED Core and Shell), and a 30-unit multifamily project (seeking LEED-NC Gold). Previous to her work at Healthy Buildings she was a senior acquisitions manager at AF Evans Development. She was part of a two-person team responsible for obtaining financing sources for over $60 million in debt and $15 million in equity, and underwrote over $90 million in market-rate multifamily acquisitions. While at AF Evans, Sara also worked directly with the CEO to develop and implement a company-wide sustainability program which was rolled out to AF Evans’ 7,000 multifamily units, and assisted the CFO with financial analysis and market research for a range of financing-related projects. |

Lauren has a BA in Interior Design from California State University Sacramento, and is a Certified Green Building Professional through Build it Green. Born and raised in Northern California, she developed her love of design at an early age studying art and traveling abroad to Florence, Italy. Lauren is a strong asset to the HBTG team, she contributes at all stages of the design process; providing excellent project management skills, CAD drafting, and a trained eye for design development. |

Christine Sullivan brings an eclectic mixture of job experience with her to our Healthy Buildings team, having spent over 30 years in Customer Service in various occupations including film and video production, as an international flight attendant, and locally with the Napa Chamber of Commerce in a multitude of job categories. She applies her talents and enthusiasm in support of the entire staff and mission of Healthy Buildings. In her spare time she is an artist and member of the Napa Valley Art Association, and is member of the Napa Women’s Club. |

Michelle is an Interior Designer with a passion for green and sustainable building. She has an extensive art background with a BA in Art and a BFA in Interior Architecture and Design. She is a Green Building Professional working to make our living and working environments beautiful as well as healthy. She also serves on the board of the Santa Rosa Democratic club where she works for environmental causes and social justice. |
